5 piece New Orleans style brass band
San Francisco's talented North Beach Brass Band is both a traditional brass band
playing early jazz and show standards and an electrified post-bebop funk/jazz act playing classic
groove jazz riffs. The quintet lineup of sax, trumpet, tuba, drums and guitar covers a wide array of
genres for any taste, from Louis Armstrong's favorites to danceable covers of Seventies hits from bands
like War, Hugh Masakela, The Meters, Jobim, and Miles Davis. The band can lead a march, do a surprise appearance
at the office, play fanfares at an awards ceremony -- get a brass band onboard and everyone starts smiling!
